Can I fight legal in BMC for my fathers property

My father have a room in zopadpatti near pipe line Vidyavihar staying last 40 year have all document but my father and my father ka brother voter yadi is same there fore my room in A PATRA condition can I fight legally to BMC for my father ka ROOM NEED LEGAL ADVICE PLEASE HELP ME. MY RELIGION IS HINDU
