Can i construct a room in a stilt common area of the building

I have done construction of 4 floor + stilt floor, after that I have sold one floor with only one car parking in common parking space provided in stilt floor. Now i want to divide stilt floor into two portion, front side for parking & back side for my personal use room & bathroom. How can i do this ? As per law can i do this? other floor owner say its common parking space, i told him he is having only one car parking right, rest of area is mine & i will construct a room & bathroom. Now in want half portion for parking & other half portion for my own use room & bathroom.

Your query does not discloses whether there was any collaboration or construction agreement involved. You may build up the rooms by declaring it as lower ground floor according to the applicable laws.

your rights to the empty space totally depended on your sale proceeds with the other owners and with what terms ad conditions you sold the space to them and what terms and conditions are mentioned in the sale agreement.
