Can I claim share in the property purchased by the other brothers

can I get share in land property purchased by all brothers in name of elder brother wife . such property purchased by alls including father.but now elder brother claim its myself.

yes, you can claim the share in the properties purchased in the name of the elder brother's wife is it is purchased by the common funds, incomes and money of the family including your Father.

But this also depends on the Personal Laws - like whether you are under HIndu law or other Laws !

Also, you need to produce the proofs and evidences and documents showing that the properties are purchased from the joint family money !

In absence of any agreement between brothers and father, I don't think that you can claim share in the property in the name of your sister in law. Since the property is in her name, she becomes the absolute owner. even her husband also cannot claim share in her property.
