Can i claim share in property which is in my mother's name ?

i am the son from the first marriage of my father. i got married last year. my father after my mothers death have married twice. we have a shop and have many incomes as well. the property is in my mothers name. i m not given any share and not even allowed to enter the house. we have a fight on daily basis. i want to know is there any legal process i can take to get my right in the property?

Yes you do have a share in the property that is in your mothers name and you may file a suit for partition/declaration etc. seeking appropriate reliefs before the concerned court. An application seeking appropriate injunctions against your father from selling or alienating the properties as well as for deposit of the rents in court etc. may also be preferred in the interim

The process is very simple. Please file a Civil Suit for partition of the mother's properties and get your share. .
