Can i claim share in property registered in mother's name

Dear Sir In my Family my dad and mom two elder sister and me from Tamil Nadu. We have one own home and its register with mom and dad name bought this home from my fathers brother 10 years before. From the past one year my home situation is not good. Now my family is telling me to go out from home. I'm married. They are planning to sell this home or they will write this home to my sisters name. Is that any way to put lock so that they cant sales / write in my sister name without my sign or permission. Thanking You

I have taken your question Not your heading : Unless you prove that the property was purchased form the funds out of joint family you can not claim any share on the property bought by your father and mother during there lifetime. I hope you understand the above phrase clearly. Your father and mother are joint owners on the said property having an equal right. During their lifetime they can settle, Will away, Sell or even Gift it to anyone they desire. However you may fight it legally from getting ousted by putting the matter in face to face discussion with a property advocate. Whereby you can unlock the hidden doors.
