Can I claim share in father in laws property after husbands death

i am a widow,after passing my husband my husband's father irritate me and after 3 years they give me a notice to stay away from his property(Flat) which is the only thing to stay for me.me and my three children are on the road now.my husband's father owner of this flat and he want to sell this flat,and want to go with his daughter side.i am the only person to manage my child and i am not having any property of my husband. please give my answer that: 1. can i claim my husband's share from his father's property ? 2. if not then can i file a suit for maintain me and my child

Absolutely you have the rights in the properties owned by your husband or even the ancestral properties. no one can snatch your roof being widow. you have to approach immediately with details before court of law primarily to get stay in your favour and then seek for share in all the properties. you required to act fast before everything goes against you.
