Can I claim property rights in my grandfather's property

My grandfather is die on 2007 and he has three son how can I divided pLot. And my grandfather buy a plot with the name of my ealder son. Can I also take my share on that plot. What is the processer in court. Pl take a advice on it.

Grand children can not claim a share in the self acquired property of their parental grandfather if had been allotted to their father in a family partition in his capacity as legal heir and not as a coparcener under the hindu sucession act1956.
