Yes offcourse!!! You have a birth right over your father's property having he right of a coparcenor. Remedy is to file a suit for partition . You will have the same right as that of your your father and other brothers if any

You can not lay your claim upon the property of your grand father or fot matter upon the propertyof your father till they are alive if it is their self acquired property.

Yes u can claim the share in the ancestral property as u have share in the acestral property by birth.You can file suit for partition for your share. The share is first for class I legal heirs then for class II
