Can I claim on my mothers property?

hello ... i want to know can i legally claim on my mother porperty ... as my i m her daughter from 1st husband .. then she married to her 2nd husband..cmy 2nd father was not raedy to accpect me.. so i nwas kept to my grandparent house .. since and till date i m satying thire only.. my grandfather bear the expanse of my studies till 5th then my mom till 12. the only basic thing she fullfilled of my is studies.. even my father and mom had not mention my name in their rection card .. my brother are getting every basic thing which i didnt got . my 2nd father have no of propty in mumbai bopal

Your biological parents are bound to maintain you . If you are unmarried or a minor,you can file maintenance petition under Section 125 Crpc thereby seeking maintenance from your parents
