Can i claim land owner's land as family was cultivating from 60 years

sir, my father was cultivating a land as a tenet for past 60years , and was offering rent to land owner through money order, and after death of my father our names were muted as tenet and i was offering rent ,as my father gave that land to me, for past10 years. but land owners son sold the land with my brothers consent.and the new purchaser took forcefully possession. now brother is not alive and land owner is unlikely to come in the court.so can i fight in court with the help of money order receipt and post card letters of past 60 years

Yes you can claim that land. For that you need to file suit against your owner and new owner for adverse possession.
According to kul kayada land was given to the person who cultivate it. Since you were cultivating it since past 60 years it is your right to get it back..Yes you can claim that land. For that you need to file suit against your owner and new owner for adverse possession.
