13-May-2023 (In Property Law)
i am a married women, and share a legal WILL of my LATE fathers property with my mother and elder brother who is now married, since i am married can i still opt to have my part of sharing with the WILL of the property still bearing my name.we are hindu in RELIGION.
In case where you are a beneficiary mentioned in your father’s Will, you can claim for the share in the property of your father as mentioned in the Will. Your marital status will not affect your share in your father’s property.
