Can I ask for reimbursement of service tax paid to government

I had purchased a property in Noida Extension in 2010. I come to know that Delhi High Court vide its ruling dated 6th June has ordered not to pay service tax asked by Developer during construction of projects. I have got the possession this year, can i ask for reimbursement of service tax paid to government. Is this ruling applicable in Greater Noida too.
