Can grandson claim right in grandfather's property

I am one son and I have two sisters. My grandfather has passed his property to my father and uncle. Can as a grandson I have the right to claim in the property?

Under Hindu successoin Act ,grandson have no right to claim the property.Grand children have no share of the property of their grandfather. Their property will go to only their children .you can claim this property when your father have this.

Yes you can claim a share in the ancestral property which has now passed from your grandfather to your father and uncle. You would also have equal share as your other two sisters in the said property.

Yes. You can claim. Things to be seen is, if your father, mother, and 2 sister all are alive, then you have a 1/5th claim over the property transferred by your grandfather to your father. That is the ancestral property.
