Can grand fathers property be enjoyed by kids of grand fathers brother

Hi my grand father had married three wife's my grand mother was 3rd one. The reason is that first two wife's has no child. Then he married my grand mother who is already married and he left her with two children. Then my grand father married her blessed with 2 children I. E. My father and my mother-in-law. Present the property enjoying by my grand father's brother children's.. When we ask property vch is in my grand fathers name. They are threatening us.
your question it is unclear about the nature of the property that is weather your grandfather has inherited that property from your great grand father or does he acquired that property himself. In property matters nature of property is of great importance, here if property is registered on your grandfathers name than you can file eviction suit at the local court with the help of an advocate or your can also approach to the local police station
