Can govt notice be challenged in regards of land acquisition

I have my own land in vasant kunj enclave which is unauthorized colony south west delhi .I bought this land in 2006.now Delhi govt has issued a gazetted notification for land acquisition of all residents of b block vasant Kunj enclave now high court is also refused to accept our files.please suggest me some ways.we have GPA property that is agricultural land .what can be done. Lt governor of Delhi has planned to development in our colony. Can we challenge this?
yes you can certainly challenge this. Do you have some documents/letters to show that the government was considering authorizing your colony since the delhi government takes out proposals to authorize settled colonies after consideration. High court must have refused to hear your petition asking you to file objections before the land acquiring agency under Section 5A. However, will need to discuss the detailed facts with you for proper guidance.
