25-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Religion hindu. My father has transferd all his property to one of my brother. Is there any right to my son in my father?. My son is still a minor.
Even if your Religion Hindu. your father has right to transfer all his property to one of your brothers, in case the property so transferred are his self acquired properties.. Is there any right to my son in my father?. If the properties are ancestral then you can resist the transfer even though your son is still a minor.
sir, If the property/s are ancestral one, then you can also claim share on the properties even the same has been transferred in your brother name. If the properties are self acquired by your father and disposed in your brother name, then either you or your sons has no right to claim the same. Firstly, learn how your father has got .properties and then go head if you had been cheated.
