Respected Sir
Obliged to reply your query. As per your question you want to know that what would be consequences if the "Will" has been changed without permission of the original Legatee. As per the Law of India last "Will" would be the final Will and after the sad demises of testator ( executor of property), the property will devolve in the name of the Legatee ( receiver) automatically. On this stage you can advice your friend that property will not be transferred to anyone without filling of probate case. Ergo, at that moment your can raise objection before the Court regarding doctored of Will. If you have proof that " Will" would have been doctored then yo can challenged in appropriate Court.
