Dear Sir/ Madam
Good Evening

Will is a testament of his or her intention of how his property to be shared among persons of his like before last breath of a person who is making the WILL. Will has to be executed before death of a person making it with 2 witnesses signed.

Empty paper is not valid.

But a Will does not required registration.

You should be very clear in your idea, you mean do you want to share the said land among heirs or you want to take the entire, it depends on your action. Normally a person died instate and the property shall normally be dived among all. I need further information regarding this like the said property is self acquired by your father or not?
