Can deceased sister's husband claim share in father in law's property

father deceased in 2012 and flat is occupied by mother and only son (me). now mother and one sister and one deceased sister's husband wants share in property. does deceased sisters husband can he claim share in property?

your mother and your sister and you have a legal right on the said property which you can claim however, your deceased sister's children will have the right in the said property not her husband. The property shall be equally divided between all the living heirs and deceased heirs (who have left children) The share of the deceased shall go to her children.
