With respect ancestral property daughters have claim in it. Can they ask for share in the property while the father is alive?
dear client,you have not mentioned your religion.If you are governed by Hindu law then you are having birth right in your ancestral property.You can claim partition and can claim your share in your father's property during the life time of your father.
