Can daughter in law get share in grandfather's self acquired property

09-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather(Hindu) buyed an industrial land for manufacturing purpose in 1998 on the name of my grandmother. I want to ask that:- 1)Is it self acquired property of my grandfather or my Grandmother in the eyes of law? (as it can be said how did a house wife buy industrial land) 2)My grandparents have 2 children(Sons). One of them(My uncle) died in an accident & my aunt moved to her fathers place in Mumbai..and filed a false dowry case on my grandparents in which she miserably failed, can she use her son to get a share in that industrial land as my grandparents don't want to give her in it.

if the property purchased by you grand father by self earned money then the property is self acquired and the sons or any body else has no right title interest in said property during life time of your grand mother. Your aunt can not sue them to claim share in property.
