I f your property is already registered in favor of your husband ,sis in law has no claim over that property. I understand that the property was registered to your hus by reserving the life interest on the property with your mother in law. So she can stay the house till her death. She cannot convey her right to her daughter. Since it is the matter of family issue i would suggest the amicable solution

What do you mean by "plot given by his mother". Apparently, the plot belonged to your mother-in-law. How she has given it to your husband? Has there been an effective transfer of property through a gift or sale deed? If not, everything depends upon the discretion of your mother -in-law; the best option would be to try to settle the issue amicably.
