1. Beti (Kunwari aur Shadishuda dono) ka hi adhikaar keval Pita (not Mata-Pita) ki paitrik (ancestoral) property mein hota hai.
2. Pita ki mrityu ke baad unki paitrik sampatti mein mata, beta aur beti ka samaan adhikar hai.
3. Uprokt teenon mein se koi bhi batwara maang sakta hai.
