Can daughter claim share in parents property

Sir Meri shadi ho chuki h. We are two children of our parents, sister &brother. Meri maa ki death ho chuki h mere father and brother mujse koi rista nahi rakhna chahte hn. Muje meri maa and father ki property me hissa Lena h . we are hindu. So please meri help kre muje mera adhikar chahiye ek beti hone k naate

Hii.. Yes you may claim your right over your father propert by way of filing partition suit in a district court and claim your right being a legal heir of your father.. In which you have to show your need and under what circumstance this need arouse rest of the answer will be well discussed at the time when you will discussed on telephone

you are absolutely right and every daughter must get equal property rights over the ancestral property. you can file a suit in the court having local jurisdiction to claim your property from your relatives.
