Can daughter claim share in fathers property
15-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir, My question is my grandfather not did a deed/will to my father. First of all saying my father's are 6 brother and 3 sisters. my grandfather Died in 2001 and my Grandmother Died in 2007 so my question is latest supreme court decision is before 2005 no legal right to sisters. So can I give this property to Promoters or not. If yes what we do. Please give me most valuable advice. I am thankful to you
So in that case on death if your grandfather all your uncle and aunt become equal share holder in the property along with your father and hence without their consent you can not develop the property.
