Court will never seal any property except under very rare and extreme circumstances.
Court generally seals property in cases of defaulters.
If you have filed partition suit then there is very less chance of property being sealed by Court.

The court will not seal your property but will restrain you not to alienate or part with or selll out the property. The court may ask you to account for incomes. The best option is to settle amicably.
