Can buyer have ownership if sale deed is cancelled

Person A,B and C given Power of attorney to person D. Person D sold the the land to Person E on year 1996. But person C claims that he cancelled his power but its non registered.Also Person C registered cacellation of sale deed by year 1997 without consent of person E(Actual buyer). Person C sold it again to person F by 2004. Need to know whether PERSON E(ACTUAL BUYER) HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND AS HE DID NOT GOT ANY COMPENSTION OR NO CONSENT FROM HIM FOR CANCELLATION of sale DEED? how to revert cancellation?
You have not mentioned anything about A and B or their objection to C's activities. (?)
as you said before the cancellation of sale deed, the other party should e put on notice. if not given notice, then the cancellation of sale deed itself has no validity at all. further through a non registered document of cancellation of power of attorney, the registering authority cannot cancel the sale deed. please take a necessary steps immediately through court of law to avoid further damages.
