Can brother claim share in the gifted property by father

Sir, I had an account with Central Bank near Sec-bad before marriage which was totally maintained by my father, for my L.i.c payment & 1 flat rent, he gifted his property 2nd floor near Sec-bad considering 3floors building after my marriage.My brothers & thier wives money mindedness they tortured my parents beaten & also put my mother to death recently, now my father surrender to them & this 3 persons filed civil case on me to return the gifted property of worth 40 lac, they again filed cheating case by handling my signed cheques of central bank to my brother friend mentioning that I took 15lac from him(bro friend) for starting a business, they bounced my signed cheques in 3 banks, my signed cheques & paper was with my father which I trusted fully, later it was robbed by my brother & filed cheating case on me with his friend whom I won't even know the face.My brothers holding with 2crs joint property of my father, inspite of that they kept they cruel eye towards my gifted property.

a. In the instant case, once gift is made and duly stamped and registered made by donor and accepted by donee the gift is complete. Gift Deed cannot be cancelled unless it is a conditional Gift,
b. The title to the property passes on the done donee is absolute owner of property
c. If gift deed was made by fraud, undue influence etc., move court to challenge the revocation of gift deed.
