Agar mere pita ji ne wasiyat mere naam ki hai or usme kise ka koi ek paisa ya bhag nah I hai or unke jiteji panchyat mai mere Baan transfer karva fits ha I to baki ke mere bhai case property ke liye to uske liye kya law hai
Sir, has regarding the actions such has your brother can challenge the will for its originality and also can claim his share if its proved and also state that you have created a fake will and ask for relief/ share in the property.

If it is your father's self acquired property and if he has executed a Will in your name means you will be the exclusive owner of the property and your brother will not get any right in the property. If it is ancestral property then your father don't have right to execute Will only in your name as your brother is also having right in it and he can file case to get the same if it is denied.
