Can brother claim property even after Will

RTC in joint name ,mother died leaving will unregister favouring daughter,(has brother who had taken his share long back)can the RTC changed to daughter name

Yes, you can challenge his RTC and other mutation extract. Consult and file a appropriate suit and get accurate shares. Your will may be challenge able . Consult and get advice for further process. You may file suit.

Yes RTC can be changed to the name of daughter in the Tahsildar's Court. You have to produce your mother's death certificate as well the copy of will. Notice about RTC transfer will be send to all legal dependents of your mother for khatha transfer.
