18-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir, 1) Can anyone can offer any bid after due date of bidding for property. 2) When in advertisement it was written only DD is accepted and if anyone gives cheque that to after due date is that legal. Request your expert advise
As per your query, no generally it is not allowed to offer bid once the last date for bidding for the property has lapsed. But, to be sure you have to check if it is specified in the terms and conditions of the bidding.
