Can any residential property be turned into a PG for boys and girls

Sir, I am living in a single building of 4 floors of which I live on 3rd floor. When I purchased the flat only first floor was said to be commercial. But afterwards the second floor was made a paying guest and 4th floor also. I'm just insecure always and lack security as pg's boys and girls operations. I just wanted to know whether I can do any complain anywhere or ask whether any residential property can be used like this as a commercial. Please guide.

As per your inputs in question, any building or property if intended to be used as commercially has to be first registered as commercial property and has to be sanctioned as commercial property by the Municipality or Corporations. Even the taxes levied upon the said property and electic connection has to be commercial. Moreover you have to check your deeds if any regarding the nature and use of the said building.
Coming on solution ,if your Building have owners association and if the said building is for residential purpose you can very well write complain to Municipal Corporations and avail an order of injunction against the said commercial use of building and these solutions is also applicable to you as an individual provided your registered deed of sale speaks in your favour.

the residential property can be converted into commercial by making application in the municipality. But if the chat co owners are creating nuisance in the building then you can lodge a complaints in the local police station as well as also make complaints in local municipality.
