Can any action be taken on my Father in law for giving property to son

my father in law has given the property to his younger son and nothing to the elder son. can any action be taken or any legal remedy be taken to get the property

LOOK IF THAT PROPERTY IS ONLY PURCHSED BY HIM THEN HE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO GIVE ANY ONE (EVEN STREET BOYS ALSO) BUT IF THAT IS COMMING FORM ANCESTARAL ONE THEN HE HAVE TO GIVE YOUR HUSBAND'S RESPECTED SHERE, FOR MORE DETAILS PLS CONTACT WITH ME.

You are silent on nature of the property. If it is his self acquired property then he can not do anything. However if the same is his ancestral property then a suit for partition can be filed by the son to get his due share.
