Can ancestral property deed be cancelled what is the procedure

In August-2015 my father had registered agriculture land(8 acres) on my brother name through settlement deed with out my & my sister concern (we did not signed on that papers) & actually mentioned property derived from my ancestors & now my father supporting to my brother and refusing to share the same property to us( they only enjoying property & i got married 5 years back) . do i have chance to get right on this property ? if yes,share the procedure,if you suggest for suit than in which court i have to go for suit & how much time it will take to cancel settlement deed.

Yes the said sale by settlement deed is invalid, as the consent of all other coparceners was not taken. Thus, you can file a civil suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court.
