Can a wife claim her husband's share in property?
07-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother left her will according to which , there are four beneficiary (my three uncle and my mother as my father had already died ). So i want to know whether my mother mutate her 25% portion on her name or not. And do we need noc of other three beneficiary. Will is duly registered.
You need to get letter of administration from court to execute the will by named executor in the will and if executor is not name an executor would be appointment by Court at your cost to execute the will.A person can only will what belongs to him or her.

Hello, yes your mother can, probate should be obtained from appropriate court. According to actual successors court will allow the portion on the basis of that WILL. Please revert back if possible, will guide you accordingly.
