Can a unmarried man claim a share or right in our mothers property

05-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello, A gentleman (Hindu, 69yrs) is in relationship with our mother (Hindu, 66 yrs), they don't want to marry but, want to stay together in a same house that's our house & show authority as if it's his house. Is there any feasibility that he can get legal rights on our house, by staying in our house? Presently me (her son) out of town & my two elder sisters are married & settled in their house. However this house is in mother's name, Sister's name & my name. Suppose if my mother has gifted this house to us (3 kids) & then that gentleman stays in our house, he will not get any legal rights on our house right?

As per Hindu succession act only family member who are blood relative or legal heirs have right over the property. Hence that Gman had no right to deal with that property. For more information give PM.
