Can a registered will be challenged ?

20-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Joint family, a part of property suit is still pending in court. Mother got property from her parents (Parents bought property in name of her daughter i.e., My Mother) Mother made a will favour to one of four brother, that property is not in property suit. Now Mother is not alive. We came to know about the will now only. Will has been already register in court, without knowledge to 3 brother's. Wether remaining 3 brother's can challenge that will ?

Venerated Sir,
As per your question you want legal opinion with respect to challenging of Will which is executed by your mother of her property to one of your brother.... With respect to your query I would like to inform you that you can challenge the Will in the Court when Legatee ( your brother ) will file the probate suit for the sake of transferring the instrument/Will in his name during that time you can raise the points and also challenge the Will of your mother. You have one other option to file the suit in the appropriate Court and raise their right, title and interest over the property which is executed by your mother to one of your brother.. If you provide me more information then I will assist you properly as per law. Feel free to call me for more legal opinion....
