Can a person make property will for his ascentors land

No, he cannot. A person can only will his self acquired property. If the property has been inherited from the ancestors, it is ancestral property and every coparcenir has a share in it. Therefore, the will to the extent it bequeaths ancestral property is void.

Yes he can execute a will of his undivided part of the property with extent to his rights over the land and he should have been mentioned that the said land is unidentified so he can only execute his share of the ancestral property

Ancestral property becomes self acquired property once it has been divided between the coparceners. Hence a person having a share in any ancestral property can will his or her share after the property has been divided between all existing coparceners. If the property has not been divided as of now, then it cannot be willed

A person could make property will for his ancestral property only of his share. He is not authorized to make a will of other interest/share holders of said ancestral property accordingly to Indian Hindu Succession Act.
