Can a person claim for ownership on the grounds of possession

1. Mr.A & Mr.B are Joint Co-Owners of say 10,000 Sft.Plot. 2.Mr.A,First Purchased 3600 Sft. Land& put Compound to it.Later He purchased attachedl strip of 600 Sft.(adjoining to Plot portion of Mr.B,who has a so called SaleDeed of 5800 Sft.) 3. Can Mr.B, Claim Ownership of aforesaid 600 Sft.(beyond his 5800 Sft.)just because said 600 sft.strip is in his So called possesion,since say Last 16 years ? 4.Can Case under Sec.7/11 be filed against Mr.B, for Abuse of Law(for filing Suit,Claiming Land beyond his Sale deed)-Just on basis of so called Possesion since16yrs.(without any Ownership papers)?

Without spairing time you should immediately lodged an FIR against the said person for criminal trespass and encroachment. You must also issue a legal notice. Similarly you can initiate a civil proceeding against the said person.
