Can a party appeal after dismissal of 3 appeals

In 2003 a partition suit by my sister was filed against me in sub court and the case was dismissed to my favour. She made appeal in dist court on 2012 and the appeal was also dismissed to my favour. Then she appealed in chennai high court and the same was dismissed in my favour. Is there any chance to her to appeal in supreme court ? What shall i do to stop her third appeal ? Thanks.
Dear Sir, You cannot stop her in filing appeal before the supreme court, We may file Memorandum of Caveat Petition
(Under Section 148-A and Order 52 C.P.C before the supreme court. Any appeal filed against you, you will get the notice.

Yes, you to file an appeal before the supreme court. Most of the cases is appealable, especially the civil cases you can fight for your right till the apex court of the country. The supreme court is the highest court of our country. There are numerous occasion where the lower court orders are reversed to give a finality in a given matter.
