I am married to muslim family ....the in laws where only 3 brothers are there and one married sister ....we dont stay with them since we were marriex....but we were in good terms ...ee used to visitz each othrrs place everything was going smooth....but my sister in law .....elder brothers wife ...they stay in newzealand....she started a fight ..and now its been 5 years ..we are now not in good terms ....as j have lost everything after my husband accident in 2014...now we stay in rented house .....I want to file a case for property ......we tried asking them ....but the elder sister on law says that my hubby married to me ...as I am hindu .....so will not get anything for fathers property they also have property in ratnagiri.. i want send them notice...how should I do...
