Unfortunately my husband recently expired in may 2016. Again I was alone . I want a share of my property of my grand father(dad father). Is any right to go legally for my share on that property. As iam widow i am not having enough money to hire a lawyer.so please kindly help me to file a case so that I will get an equal share in my property. And one more thing my father is an ex service man . I want to file a case to get half of my fathers pension. Because he didnt take care of me after my mom death till now. So pkease help how to approach army officials regarding this issue. I will be very thankful if you give me correct suggestions to solve my issues.

Grandsons/granddaughters have share in ancestral property of their grandfather.

If the property of the grandfather is self acquired then, it will vest in his widow and children only after his death.

Then from the share entitled to the grandfather's children the grandchildren will be entitled to that much share only.
