can a father evict his son from his father's property

my father divided his property into his 2 sons....i have 60gajh area of that property. i have 2 sons and both are non cooperative and do bad behave with me and with my wife also.....i want to evict both of them from part of property and i want to gift my portion to someone. Can it possible, if yes so how i can do this and what is the law.

Because parents have allowed the son to live in their house as long as their relations are cordial does not mean they have to bear his "burden" throughout his life.
"Where the house is self-acquired by the parents, son whether married or unmarried, has no legal right to live in that house and he can live in that house only at the mercy of his parents up to the time the parents allow

Till the time you own the property you can make a gift deed to whomsoever you want to.

If your father divided his property between his sons by way of any document and you are maintaining your share of property the it can be treated as self acquired property. therefore it is your wish that you can evict your son's or gift the property to some one else
