Can a factory be setup in residential area

can a factory be run in the residential area? it has been causing a lot of problem where can we file a complaint for it to close.
No it can never run in residential area.
Move an application in DM office nd SSP office stating traffic problem n all the environment problems etc. along with the problem u are facing.
Along that give one complaint in nagar nigam or development authority stating all issue nd even if then also nothing happens move to high court asap.

No a factory can not be setup in a residential area, complain to the Municipal Department for the same. Additionally you can also complaint to the pollution board. YOu can also go to the court and take and immediate stay for closure of the facotry .
