14-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
actually there is a property case which my father is battling in court against his sisters. my grandfather wrote a will 16 years back which all his daughters are aware of ,but now suddenly one of his daughter(all were married before1980) citing her poverty, without even requesting a financial help from us directly went to court . now my father is taking care of that case with his friend... my question is i am planning a to strt a fuel station franchisee in that property(no stay order is put). will they be able to create any problem legally ,if i start

if the property in question is ancestral then daughters of your grandfather will also have her share in the property. It will be better if you do no start any construction over the disputed property.
