Can a disputed property be registered to another person's name?

We are 3rd party of registered agricultural land bought in 2006. We noticed to late that drt kept for auction in 2014 and drt registered to auction winner . We got stay from high court and we appelled drt arguments are going on . In this situation can i move Registration to my son name ?
if the court has ordered that no third party interest can be created then no you cannot change or sell the property in the name of your son or anyone else. it is important to check the orders before you make any kind of sale or registration within the family only.
