Buying property from person who got it through relinquishment deed

28-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I am willing to buy a property in Bangalore where a released/relinquishment deed done in favour of the Daughter by the wife and son of the deceased Father. To my understanding now the property belongs solely to the daughter as now she will be the owner. My Question here is whether it is mandatory to take the Consenting witness signatures from both of them during registration.

If the Release deed has been duly registered and both the wife and son of the deceased have sign the release deed that is sufficient. It is not mandatory to take their signatures as consenting witnesses
