Buying farmland in Karnataka intent to start agri business

I'm non farmer want to purchase farmland (1 acre) with intent to start organic farming as well as build a house on the same property for living. Presently I'm professional with earning over 30lakh per year. Am I eligible to buy agricultural land? If not, what other option do I have to buy such land?
In karnataka Land Reforms Act forbids you from buying an agricultural land due to you or your family not being an agriculturist prior to 1974. Also, your income exceeds the limit provided in the same Law.
The amendment empowers deputy commissioners of districts, instead of assistant commissioners, to grant permission for non-agriculturists to purchase agricultural land under Section 80 of the Act.Revenue Minister V Srinivas Prasad, who piloted the bill, said non-agriculturists who purchase farm land under this Act have to use it for agricultural purposes only. Through this amendment, more people will now be able to buy agricultural land.

As per, karnataka land reform act 2015 Sec 79a(2), non-former can only buy farmland when their income less than 25 lakh. So, you are not directly eligible. I need to see couple of documents from your side to provide possible legal ways to buy farm land.
