Buying B-khata flat in bangalore, is it advisable?What docs to verify?

Question regarding b-khata property Before that, please find the property details 3bhk flat (1550 sqft) Apartment - 9 yrs old Location - Pai Layout, 16 C and D corss, 1st main, Bangalore, off old Madras rd 1. Are there any risk that could be involved in buying this porperty? 2. What are the set of papers/documents that I should verify before making a deal? 3. Any chance that thee building may be demolished by govt? 4. If the property needs to be converted to a-khata some day (akrama - shakrama). How much mone do we need to pay? 5. Why do most of the banks does not give loans for b-khata flat?

You have to get in touch with a local lawyer in Banglore who deals in doing a title search of land/property. Ask him to do a title search and he will let you know of the risks involved, if any.

Like if the proprty has any litigation involved etc you should not buy it. As far as Banks are concerned, you should get in touch with the concerned Home Loan team at your bank.
