Buyer took documents and POA of property without giving full payment

we have property in Pune. Dada ji and father sold the property but opposite party did not make complete payment but they took the sign and also took power of attorney. Can we resell the land or what action possible?

yes..

you can resell..

but you need to complete legal formality of cancelling the earlier sale by giving civil notice..

Also you need to give criminal notice of fraud and cheating to the purchaser for forcibly taking original property documents without making full payment.

What about the possession of the property ? Have you given possession or not - If not then please do not give possession and give the two notices and cancel the sale.
